My hair was burned up in this place on July 8th 2003, I will never forget the experience. I went in to have my hair lightened so the gray could come in less obviously. I had cheap dye on my hair and should have been told to go home but no, I was left in the chair for hours while my hair burned up. What followed was a horror show. My hair was left gooey, like little melting rubber bands. I know that was a long time ago but I just realized that I can now post my experience and warn others about how I was injured. I had a nightmare experience at this salon. I was dumb and polite then, I wouldn't get up and rush out without paying at that time, I was too kind, live and learn! I had to have my head shaved at home to let my hair grow back in, but I couldn't even do that until the bloody blisters healed up. I've never had a chemical process since, and never will again. Yes, I had pay for his services and no I never got an apology. When I see this stylist out in the community it's all I can do not to go flailing at h
