My mother is too nice a person to ever post a negative review about a business despite her horrendous experience here last week! She came in to have her blonde hair re-dyed and cut. Not only was the cut not anything like what she asked, the stylist dyed her hair dark black/blue! Realizing her mistake, the stylist tried to "fix" the problem. My mother now has dark brown hair with bluish blotches. Worst of all, these people did not even offer a refund for their mistakes! Although this may be a one-time mistake with this business, I would not recommend to anyone considering this salon to hold on to their money!
