When I went in I asked for just my split ends cut off so my hair can be healthier. I had my naturally curly/wavy hair so she knew my hair texture. First she didn't wash my hair which I thought was weird. Almost every place I've been to has washed my hair. second the lady used a straight cut on my curly hair. If you do not know you can not do this. You have to angle the scissors in and kind of "snip" at the hair. She ended up cutting my hair to about my shoulders which was about 2 inches shorter than what i had asked for. And lastly she did a horrible job on my layers. I have gone to a cost cutters before and had a great experience there but NOT THIS ONE!. I will never go back there again.
