I have had both hair and nails done at this salon. Every time I booked I was put with a new person. Regarding hair, I had three hair cuts and each time the person was new, slow, and did not provide what I showed them a picture of although they each said they could do it. Regarding nails . . .do not book nails at this salon! Worst pedi I've ever had and per another nail professional, the most incompetent job of gel nails she has ever seen - PERIOD. She said you would never get through school if you did nails like that. They were horrible, took over three hours for a set, and the manager wouldn't even come and look at them - just told her to charge me for a fill rather than the $78 full price.
