| User Review - S S | They simply didn't seem engaged...
I showed up 5 minutes late for my massage and was told that I could no longer have a full body massage as it would run into my hair appointment time, however the massage lasted about half an hour and I sat waiting for 15 mins until my hair appointment. The masseuse did not seem engaged or aware of where the tension was in my body. My 'haircut and style' lasted less than 30 minutes. The hairdresser left my hair looking as though I had just gotten out of bed-- although I had asked for it to be straightened I had to come home and straighten it myself before I could go out anywhere afterward. I spent over a hundred dollars there and left feeling angry rather than relaxed as I had hoped...it seemed like they were just going through the motions and half doing their jobs. I will not be back and definitely do not recommend it to others.
