Even as a returning client, don't expect to be remembered or your scheduled appointment to be available...and when they fail to deliver services don't expect anyone to have any suggestions of anyone else in the area that CAN get the job done. I'd stay far away from this unprofessional salon whether you're on vacation or an area resident. Reward a salon that takes pride in their work and provides quality customer service. NOT this one.
