I had purchased a groupon for this business. When I recently called for an appointment, the owner, stated I had to wait 3 months for an appointment. She argued that all groupons are like that and that I should get a refund because she stated that she couldn't take me (rather didn't want to take me). A rude B!T@H if I ever saw one!! She obviously got a lot of business from groupon and now is doing so well and could care less about manners or groupon members!!!

Today I had my first shellac manicure. I loved the experience at Nails By Natalie. Natalie, the owner, gave me personalized service in her cozy, one chair, salon. She was very knowledgeable about nails and the process of manicures. I would return again.

Wonderful, friendly service, best manicure I've had since the American Club! Natalie is great, I think I've made a new friend and found my manicurist!
