Have been going to tis salon for about 3 yrs, always had Michelle, have had some good some bad cuts, but the last time there was the last straw. I had an apt, I arrived early, waited for 15 min past apt time, then got the worst cut EVER! She didn't even wet my hair, I was in and out of her chair in less than 15 minutes, I felt so bad, this is how a regular customer is treated? And aren't Aveda salons supposed to actually use these products? Michelle uses Tresseme, but of course sells and makes money off the Aveda products. I am never going back.
