Scheduled a service that was $15, had never been there before. The stylist explained what she would be doing but never mentioned that everything she was telling me about would cost more. I had a coupon for $10 and I still ended up paying almost $70. I will never go back again. I felt this was a very underhanded way to jack up the bill. I felt very taken advantage of.

The woman doing my hair was a biatch! She didn't try to engage with me, she made me feel like and idiot when I asked questions.... she asked what I wanted done colorwise to my hair, I said it grows out dark but the sun turns my hair very blonde very fast so I asked her if she could do something to make that blend better. She told me to wear a hat, I thought maybe she was trying to be funny, I chuckled but when I looked in the mirror at her I realized she was serious. She asked how much I wanted to get done, I told her to please make sure it cost $100 or less, she said it would be easy to do that, I went to check out and it was $110. I had been to Genesis years ago and really enjoyed it. This time I terribly disliked my experience. I will not be returning.
