I have gone to this place for two years. I had very good service and good quality with my coloring. The last two visits, my hair was done incorrectly. The first time, all my roots were still visible after the coloring, so I had to return again to get it fixed. And the second time, I asked for a mix of blonde and brown and showed a picture of what I wanted, and was given a different coloring of a mix of browns. I called, they told me to come in and they would add in more highlights to make it blonder. I drove all the way there, and was told "I did what you asked me to do, and I do not have time for this today." Very disappointing. I will not be going back to Platinum Salon and Spa again.

Went to a couple other salons in Burlington and I was not to happy with the work. When I found Platinum Salon & Spa I was very pleased. The stylist that I had listened to me and did a great job. Thank you for a great experience!!!

I moved to the area about 3 years ago, and out of all the salons this is my absolute favorite! And they have Aveda products! The girls are wonderful and accommodating! I love that they do full body waxing and hair,also the facials are relaxing!!! One stop shop for me, Plus my kids love it! Keep it up girls!

The staff is always so friendly and the tea they offer is GREAT!!! Its very CALMING, CLEAN AND, the girls are so welcoming and telling me about new trends. I have had all 4 of the stylists and they always achieve what I want!!! The products last me a long time and I love the smell is one of a kind. I highly recommend this salon!!!! Love it! -Abigail B

The Staff is so friendly, they make you feel calm, relaxed and at home. I am a single mom and look forward to every 6-8 I get to go, it feels like a vacation! Great job girls keep up the good work!

I wouldn't recommend this place at all, it reminds me of a pricy cost cutters. The quality of service has significantly dropped over the past 6 months. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
