Great Clips in Yakima is the worst place to get a haircut. This was my first time going to great clips and after my horrible experience I will never go to any Great Clips salon. The staff was rude and the haircut even worse, I had asked for straight across bangs that hit below my eyebrows and to my horror the lady cut them to the middle of my forehead. I would recommend no one ever go to great clips lest they want a horrible hair experience.
