I was referred to Brandy by a colleague when I moved to Spokane over a year ago. The second I walked in I was impressed with the friendly staff and fun decor. Brandy was sure to pamper me and instantly put me at ease after being with my previous hairdresser in CA. for 15 plus years. I return to the salon every 6 weeks for my regular cut/color and am ALWAYS pleased!! My family has now joined me in WA. and also do business with Dimensions. If my 16 year old daughter can be pleased they certainly must be doing something right! If you are looking for a stylist that offers great service and is always willing to go the extra mile you have got to give Brandy a try.

I wont ever go to this business again. GO to che che's for better quality and they accommidate there customers like your in Hollywood. Much better atmosphere and you can take your children. At dimensions the owners workers are trained to lie in order to get your money.

I had a experience last month with the most egotistical Hairdresser I have encountered in 30+ years of getting my hair done. Not only does she not listen to her customers, her head is a bit too big to even admit when she gives a bad cut. And Customer Service, yeah she is not there to please you......that is for sure......My advice to anyone seeking a good professional Hairdresser.....stay as far away from Brandy as possible....she would rather dead-kick you to the door than to please you.......BEWARE~~
