| User Review - friedhair Z | beware, they damaged my hair, beyond repair
fried my hair, it was melted and breaking off when amy was done with it. when i tried to get repair, they lied about my hair being damaged at all, though it was breaking off in front of them. just a half a block away, a different salon was horrified at the damage done, as were several stylists i consulted with.
i spent some weeks attempting to deal with scream, and fiinally realized it would have to be legal action, which i am preparing now.
beware, they did a great job on me for two years before destroying my hair, and then treating a regular customer horribly. they can do a good job, but when they mess up, they become unethical.
