I am from out of town and visited Illustrated Salon & Spa over Labor Day weekend for the first time. From the minute I walked in, I was impressed by the friendly staff and the beautiful decor. They offered me something to drink when I checked in and got me in for my facial right away with Catalina. She was amazing! She took plenty of time and put different treatments on my face. She was so nice and knowledgable and gave me lots of great skin care tips. My face has never felt better! After that, I had my hair colored by Jennie and she was amazing also! She said that I needed some depth in my hair and put twice as many foils as any other stylist I've gone to has. She was so sweet and easy to talk to and did such a great job. I've had SO many compliments from both friends and strangers on the great hilights she did. I live about 4 hours away, but have no problem going back to get fabulous service here.
