I have never had any reason to complian. I have always managed to time my visit so that I go almost straight in. ( You can also call ahead) and my stylist is Michael and he is a fabulous cutter. The salon is always clean and the staff always friendly.

8 wks ago I went into Great Clips to get my curly stacked A-line trimmed before vacation. I found that my favorite stylist no longer worked there. Bummed I went forward with my cut anyway with the next available girl. They COMPLETELY messed it up!!! I went back 3 days later to get it fixed but they made it WORSE!!! Cutting layers into the front and top and texturizeing it taking out the curl!!!!
Today, I went into Michael and Co.'s salon in hopes of getting it fixed. They were wonderful!!! Stephanie did everything she could to get my hair going back in the right direction. It will take months for the top to grow out and recover from Great Clips mistake but today it is more blended and we have a plan to get it where I want it. I love them!!! They listened to what I wanted, asked questions, gave me their honest opinion. They didn't even bad mouth the other place!!! I am quite impressed with them and will absolutely return!!!

You have to try them!! Michael and his staff now there stuff. From punk to business. My family of 4 ONLY go to Michaels. We have tried lots of salons & he is the best. i have kids there are always changing there hair. Punk, buzzed & everything in between. they really are all about customer service!!
You have nothing to lose & and can only gain a great style!!!

We found Michael when he worked for ANOTHER company. We went back & he was gone! we were crushed. We say the sign that said Michael & Co, we thought MAYBE that was our stylist. So were went in and there he was! I have 2 boys, a hubby and myself and we do not go anywhere else. My boys are constantly changing there hair, punk, conservitive WHATEVER & they can do it all. My hubby is all business & PICKY -- happy everytime. and myself wants something easy & flattering & michael does it everytime.
Plus it's always good to support local businesses. Its very personnal & warm. He even remembers you outside the salon.
Give it a try, you can't beat the price!!!
