I went in for the second time in a month and wasn't happy. My nail person never showed up even though I made an appointment! Someone else had to fill in who didn't do a very good job. The price is more than the nail salon I went to in Kirkland for many years so the service is what would keep me going back there and I didn't really see it. They seemed more concerned with chatting with their friends than paying attention to a paying customer. On a good note the place is very clean and has nice eqiupment but I think I will keep searching for a salon.
