Their retail products are triple what they would cost at online retail outlets as well as other tanning salons. I purchased Pomengranate Lotion there for $75...I can get two bottles for $45 online. Immediately after purchase (I had no idea it was that expensive as they don't post prices anywhere...not even on product) I wanted a refund but was told only a manager could do it. The manager has not returned my calls or online emails. Their bulbs are often not replaced at the same time on one bed AND very often some bulbs are completely burned out and not replaced at all. Very unprofessional. Time to "Get Jessie".
