yeah, i used to go to salon in the park. they'd wash my hair and try to brush it from my scalp to the ends. i keep yelling at them to brush it from the ends to the top....they were just making the knots worse. then, the owner would FINALLY get to me after i've been sitting in the chair for 35min (he's that late getting to me for my appointment) and hardly spent any time trimming. he didnt even ask me how i wanted it trimmed! I like my hair in the back to be rounded, but he cut a solid straight line. IT WAS HORRID....and then he used a flat iron on my hair. the number one thing you might think of with thin hair is to NOT use a flat iron on it, it makes it look thinner. anyways, the guy charged me $40 and told me he usually charges $50 for his hair cuts, but would make an exception this time. WHAT??!!!! he spent less than 3min on my hair!You know what Jesse, keep your money dude, you obviously need it more than me. i will never step foot in your establishment again!

Received a horrible hair cut from the owner - the next day when getting ready for work, I found a small section of hair that did not get trimmed and hung down at least 3/4 of an inch below the rest of my hair. When I went and tried to cancel my next appointment, the person answering the phone said she couldn't deal with the owners appointments and that I need to call and track him down at his new salon in Federal Way. Such bad service both from the owner and his employeess, I do not recommend this salon for any service
