| User Review - David Y | Terrible service, over-priced, inept staff, false advertising, painful experience (literally)!
Terrible experience for my wife. She was nearly in tears after the inept staff botched her nail job. She said the man who did the work was so harsh that it felt like he was ripping her nails off at times. Gaps were left on all nails where the product was applied and nails were not cleaned well, were not shaped properly, and the man trimmed her beautiful nails to make his job easier rather than being able to do the job correctly without lame short cuts. The price was ridiculous and not what the staff person quoted her before beginning the work. They are a cash-only business and do terrible work! Luckily my wife worked in a professional nail care business for years, so she was able to fix the mess created here. Hands-down, the worst place my wife said she has ever been to for nails and she will never visit again. Please avoid it at all costs!
