Went in for a simple Men's cut which started out okay, but the sideburns were abruptly taken-off to the top of my ears - honestly! Ears were trimmed with clippers that took a huge swoosh out over the top of my ears - again, no exageration. And, had to endure smoker's breath the entire time. IF you go there ask for anyone except Nicole!
