Sam at the Auburn location left bleach in my hair and on my scalp for 2hrs turning it orange,and it burnt my scalp and my hair was falling out in clumps. She has no clue what she is doing and I now wonder about the people Regis Inc employees because after she took 5 hrs on my hair it should have looked perfect not awful causing me to walk out in tears and have to pay another salon $200 to spend 3hrs fixing her mistake!! Save your hair and find somewhere else.
