Very BAD SERVICE!!!! John was rude and treated me like trash!!! The salon is also very dirty and not kept up well and everyones hair looked horrible!

Very pleased to see Tricia,s return to the saloon!!!! She is a very skilled nail tech(makes it seem so easy). And does nt talk my ear off.

My wife usually cuts my hair. Alternatively, I will only go to Chez Madeleine. Kanoa is a great stylist. She knows how I like my hair and I look clean and professional as a result. I just sit in the chair and she goes to work with her scissors.
I've tried all those chain hair cutters only to pay for inconsistency and unsatisfactory hair cuts. Chez M is women's salon, but if that's where I have to go to get a great hair cut then so be it.

I got highlights and color with Carly D. She is REALLY good! I would recommend her to anyone. She was easy going, didn't talk my ear off but made me feel very comfortable and did an AWESOME job! I am super picky when it comes to hair dressers. I would recommend her to anyone!

This place is way over-rated. Bruce is too 'flamboyant' if you know what I mean- and I feel the staff were rushed and I did not receive personal service. I do not recc this salon to anybody I know- or don't know, and will not return.

Bruce the owner is simply wonderful and gifted designer. Not to forget to mention great on the eyes. He`s hot,hot,hot. My hair looks simply oohlala! Men look at me again! wow!
