Bobi's has been a family business for three generations in Virginia Beach--and in the same location! Bobi's is a real professional and artist. Her styling and coloring are outstanding and this comes from a Virginia Beach native who has also lived all over the world and has had the best cut and color her hair. Bobi's also has a real talent for addressing the color and styling needs of both the young and the elderly. They can also usually accommodate walk ins. I recommend Bobi's without reservation.
