I had to place 1star, a matter of fact if I could put no stars that would be even better. My wife came home with red hair. SHe was crying and I understand why. She told them what she wanted was lowlights (near her natural color which is a ash brown) and highlights with a little of her natural gray in between. It first came out so light in the front that the hairstylist added more lowlights to the front after drying her hair. Then sent her out with the low lights orange instead of her chestnut brown because they didnt fully develop. She returned after being told it was better to get it fixed from the salon that messed it up so badly, they repaired it by putting a red tinted brown and trying to put foil highlights over during the brown process. They Still Charged Her The Full Amount For The Service Even After She Told Them She Was Not Happy With the Color~! Horrible salon
