I go to VCU and was looking for a new stylist and a web search brought me here. I normally walk in and I've been to 3 different stylist. The results were the same. I Will make this my salon until I graduate.

I should have know better..... The salon service was bad when it was the old Kim and Johnny shop on Chamberylane ave. Now that it is a sleek salon on Board street you think the service would be better. Simply thinking a new name, clean and stylish shop the service and product would be better. Wrong..... I should have gone to the Hair Cuttery or Super Cuts at least I would have expected a messed up hair style. The stylist did not listen to me and she was overloaded with clients. The stylist had a friend waiting there with her and in their general conversation, which was loud enough for me to hear,it was expressed that they had made plans to be somewhere other than the salon. Needless to say , I recieved jack up service and a jacked up hair style. Just because the salon looks nice and professional that does not mean you will get that type of service. Future customers please dont do it .... you have been warned.
