Quality work from friendly staff. I got in for my straightening the same day I called & even had a messed up hair cut fixed. Nickie was friendly, complimentary and professional with me and her work. I couldn't be happier with my new frizz free doo. My go to place from here on out! :)

Stopped by the store tonight (2) hours before closing with three staff members inside. Had to walk into the store because they had turned off the neon OPEN sign so we were not sure they were open.
After entering the store with my daughter it took (2) minutes for someone to look up and greet us....and we were the ONLY people there. After a woman motioned us to a back chair, the "lady" sitting there said, "what do she want". She asked my daughter to sit in the chair and said she'd be a minute.
At this point, we walked out. Obviously this staff is getting paid by the hour, seeing as how they turned OFF the OPEN sign and ran off the only customer they had in the entire shop because they were too busy talking to GREET their customer, be cordial and make a sale.

I was referred to Ingrid by a close friend. Whenever I am intown, I make an appointment with Ingrid. She goes out of her way for all her clients and she knows what she's doing when it comes to styling hair. I would recommend her to anyone.

I usually get my hair cut at Vidal Sassoon and pay over $100 for a haircut (and that does not include color. I have to drive to Washington or spend a day of my vacation time getting my hair done. Finally, I met Ingrid and gave her a try. I love my hair and it was under $20. What a bargain! I would be happy to pay much more for this quality of service, but lucky for me it's not just a great haircut but it's very convenient and it's a GREAT deal! I've gone back to her twice. So far she has only cut and styled my hair. I'm thinking about trying her for my color.
