I have visited this salon for at least 3 times. Each time the stlist I had which was Tia did an excellent job. I have natural hair and she took a lot of time to make sure that I was pleased with the results.

I went in to get highlights. I wanted my hair to be brown with honey blonde highlights, and it came out black with orange highlights. It looked terrible. So really the only thing she could do was but red over it so it didn't look orange anymore. The red looks better, but I hate how black my hair is. Not at all what I asked for. Then they had a "long hair" charge. I have never heard of that before. My hair is not even long-to the middle of my back, and it's fine, so I don't have much hair to work with. Will never go back again. Should have listened to the reviews on here. I'm going back to Catwalk Cuts. They guy who did my hair last time there was awesome!

I went in to get my daughters/my hair washed and pressed. We both have natural hair. They acted like they didnt know what to do. They barely washed it once and slapped some conditioner on and put me under the dryer for 20 mins while she cut went to cut someone else's hair. She didnt get all of the conditioner out of my hair once she came back to check on me. Then she didn't finish flat blow drying my hair before she started to flat iron it. My hair was still thick, uncurled, and flat looking. I could have done a better job myself at home. Then they charge extra because we have natural hair. She wants to blame my hair for her poor job at flat ironing it. I don't understand why when she did such a poor job on our hair. I will NEVER go back there.

They pressure you to buy products.
When you swipe your card to pay...they ask your tip amount, so they can give you your cash back. She took the $20 and disbursed it how she wanted to. I had my 3 kids hair done and she gave herself more money than the others and she did less work. Poor quality in staffing.
They also didn't have a booster seat for children...and my youngest girl had to sit on her knee's the entire time. Unsatisfied!

I went to Hair Cuttery at the Janaf center for a perm & cut and to have my daughters hair trimmed. I waited for 2 1/2 hours before being called to the chair. I sat in the chair for about 15 mins before the stylist decided to do my hair.
Once my hair was permed - she brushed it out and blow dried it! I looked like a poodle stuck his paw in a light socket. She tried telling me my perm just didnt take. No...she just had no clue how to style a perm! Plus - she never cut it!
Once I got home, I wet my hair down and styled it the way its supposed to be done and the curls are fine but my ends are terrible since they werent trimmed.
My daughter hasnt had her hair cut in over a year. She has very long brown hair down to her waist. I told the stylist to cut off whatever was necessary to make my daughters hair healthier. She cut half an inch.
I'll never go back to this location, it was the worst salon experience of my life.
