I came in for a haircut. These Ladies were alot of fun and I my hair looked great. I was looking to get something special for my wife. I knew she liked facials. I got to meet Robin and was really impressedby her knowledge and her kind. nature. I bought a Gift Certificate for her. After my wife got the treatment, she came home raving about Robin and she had a bag of free goodies for her skin. I went back & bought her the package of skin rejuvenating services and the products. My wife says it's like magic. Her face is flawless and other folks notice too. Just so impressed had to give this review.

Purchased a Groupon Facial. Upgraded to Micropeel after speaking w/ esthetician over the phone. Her genuine caring nature was evident & the Treatment surpassed my expectations by far! She gave me generous samples and insisted I not purchase until using them. Who does that??? I have since purchased a pkg of services and my skin has never felt or looked this good. My husband even noticed! Robin is going to be my Anti-Aging Guru from now on! This place is a Hidden Gem that I am so glad I found!!

have been going there regularly for the past couple years, and have had nothing but positive experiences. My stylist, Michele Beukema, who is also the owner, is very personable, and proficient at what she does. She pays attention when I describe what I want done, and has never failed to give me a perfect cut and style. Her coloring and highlighting skills are excellent, and turn out perfectly every time. The prices are in line with comparable salons in the Richmond area, and even slightly lower in most cases. I haven't yet tried out their other salon services. If you are looking for a good hair cut/style or coloring in the Mechanicsville area, I highly recommend A New Length Salon.
