I came in yesterday (Friday 10/7) to actually do hair extesnions but since I was a bit late decided to settle for a trim & cull head color.... I did it and paid $61 for the same and was shocked when I reached back home realized that there was absolutely no effect of the color at all and all my grey was as it was before my doing the color. I call back today (Saturday 10/8) and was told that I need to come over again to get it done and it could be becoz my the color washed out.... I cannot imagine that color can wash out immediately and the grey hair be visible as it was to before doing the color..... This is EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING & sad to note that I wasted my money..... I chose not to go back as I would be apaying another $75 just to go back and get a touch up..... This is really not the way a customer is treated...too bad......Horrible Experience
