If you want so schedule an appointment, you must speak with the stylist directly. They have no receptionist so you have to wait for a return call. If you happen to schedule your appointment when only one person is working, be prepared to sit outside and wait because the doors will be locked. Hire a receptionist and that would make a world of difference!

My massage therapist, I believe her name was "Natalie", I don't quite remember, but trust me, you can't miss her fake, syrupy voice, was nice enough when she greeted me, but was then very rude when she learned that I only wanted a 30 minute massage, instead of the more expensive, 60 minute. She barked orders at me and complained about her husband throughout the entire massage and when I mentioned that the room was too warm, she told me to "deal with it"! Needless to say, she did NOT get a tip and I will NOT be returning!

I went here for the first time after finding them online. The place is clean and nicely done on the inside. The staff was friendly, prompt, and welcoming. Cecilia did an outstanding job on my waxing. I highly recommend thier services and will be returning.

Massage appointments always began late and were much shorter than my scheduled appointment (i.e. finished at 45 minute mark for 1 hour massage). I complained about this more than once, received apologies but it continued to happen. Businesses have a bad day here and there, but I believe they don't quite have the customer's best interest at heart. I won't return and discourage friends from visiting there as well.
