Forget cost cutters and all that garbage! Went to this salon by referral and it was great! I had to schedule in advance because they are very busy, but the wait is worth it. All the stylist know the modern styles and color, and I haven't found that anywhere since I moved to Abingdon. Thank God for Cuttin Up!
