I bought a promotional deal from them and am overall not impressed. The deal had a hair cut a mani, pedi and wax. The hair cut was ok but not amazing. The mani was pretty horrible and I just had her buff my nails with a minor trim. I could have done more just on my own. I tried to set up appointments for the wax and pedi but the ladies never answered their phones. I was unable to get appointments. I have friends who also got this promotion and were also not impressed. It wasn't worth the money. Promotional deals are there to try to get new clients. I will never be going back.

Poor customer service,my nail tech was awful! She said very little which included "sorry and how are you going to pay?" that's it she didn't even ask me what I wanted just threw down some color samples in front of me... Only glitter ones not many choices. When she asked if I thought they looked ok I pointed out that one. Of my nails was severly crooked. She was pissed and filed away handling my hand very roughly. It's the next day and my nails hurt insanely bAd. I have never had this happen. I would not recommend this place nor will I ever go back there.

Erika was the nail girl who cut into my skin, she over cut my cuticles on my toes and fingernails, she gave me a file burn on finger, and she dry pushed my cuticles back which was painful! My nails look good, but I endured and continue to have pain in my cuticles! I've had to put Neosporin on one finger that is red and tender! This girl is too aggressive! I will not be returning here!
