I made glitter toe appointments a month in advance for a Mother's Day surprise. I was called by the salon owner 2 hours before my appointments and the appointments were cancelled leaving me empty handed for Mother's Day... nothing was done about the cancellations - I was told to reschedule. There is no excuse for such poor customer service. I will not reschedule and I do not recommend this salon especially if you have an important occasion - you could be left high and dry! Happy Mother's Day - NOT!
