This post follows my original post. They did end up refunding me $200 today which is half the cost of the Yuko/Japanese Hair Straightening service which Donovan did for me that didn't work.

Don’t let them do the Yuko/ Japanese Hair Straightening!!!
I got the Yuko/ Japanese hair straightening by Donovan. It cost $400 not including the 20% tip. My hair was still wavy, and he over-processed it. I asked Mindi and Donovan to please give me $200 back, and they said the product doesn't work and gave me no refund and just said "sorry" and said re-doing it wouldn't help.
Save your money and hair and go elsewhere!

Element Salon is the best! I feel like Im visiting with old friends every month ;) The prices are competive with other salons in the area but the service and knowledge way surpasses everyone else!!

I have been going to Mindi to have my hair done for years! This year was unlike any other because I decided to 'shorten' my hair without any clue of which direction to go. I would never have trusted anyone other than Mindi to come up with such a great cut and color for me! I have never been a huge fan of shorter hair but I am positive that the transformation has given me some assertiveness I needed in life! thanks Mindi for taking the time to come up with what is working perfectly for me!

Mindi, is just the most amazing hair extensions artist. I went in for my free consultation and was immediatley put at eaze. Mindi walked me through the different methods and helped me to decide which would be best for my hair type, desired style and results. I made my appointment for later that day. WOW! If you want a quality service in an atmosphere that is relaxing and quiet you must go here! Each stylist has there own room which makes it much easier to talk and relax with out all the chit chatter of the other people. I love the feeling i get when i go here. I leave feeling refreshed, both because I got an AMAZING cut and color and got a little relaxation in ;) Thanks Element Salon.

Element Salon is a one stop shop. They have hair stylists, massage thereapist, nail tech..pretty much anything you can think of! I went there to get hair extensions and they did a fabulous job!!! I love them! After looking all over this is definently THE place to go.

I love Elements Salon. I live two hours away and love using Youngblood cosmetics. Mindi is so good about sending my makeup to me when I need it. They have also arranged for me to pick it up when they are out of the salon.

Just a quick note to say thanks for touching up my hair. That little adjustment made all the difference! I was at Dillards yesterday when I felt a lady staring at me. I finally looked over & she said, “Oh…I am so sorry to be staring, I was just looking at your darling hair cut.” Then her daughter came out of the dressing room and the lady said, “Look at that cute haircut!” I thanked her and I wanted to thank you! It really made my day.

I've have been going to Mindi Memmott for Hair Extensions for about 2 years now. She always does the most amazing work! I have never had any problems with my hair tangling, matting or falling out. I have changed my hair extensions color, texture and length several times and Mindi has always been very accommodating. Always being able to match the texture and color that I want! Everyone who works at Element Salon is friendly and professional. Element Salon is the best!
