Had a micro blade appointment with Adriann ( De Grance Salon advertises thru Groupon for her) She is a contract employee it appears and does a horrible job! I attempted to TALK with her various times and it appears she just likes to text!! Went into a salon in Kingwood and showed the owner what was done..she advised me NOT TO RETURN for a fill in, she is going to repair the damage for me. AND I tried to contact Connie at De Grance..left 3 messages and I guess customer service does not apply to this company..no return calls. Dont waste your time or money on this
