I have been coming to this nail salon for a very long time, and have brought friends and family members with me on occasions. Never tip less than 20%, sometimes 25%. Went to get a pedicure and was in a time crunch. Got in the seat, the nail tech removed my old pedicure and then when someone else walked in the door 25 minutes later, in the middle of my pedicure, she tells me I need to wait another 30 minutes for her to "finish up" because the other woman had an appt. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. I ended up having to leave without finishing and really did not appreciate her taking my old polish and rhinestones off without reapplying new polish. They do not care about their loyal customers!!

Took forever, lady doing my nails also did 3 other peoples nails at the same time while we all waited. After 2 days, my french manicure is peeling off. Not chipping, just flaking off. waste of my time and $.
