| User Review - Dave G | Mary cuts hair the way she likes it, not the way the customer requests it be cut
My wife went got her hair colored and cut by Mary. The color turned out okay, but the cut was horrible. My wife requested a trim, and Mary cut off 5+ inches off of her hair! Needless to say, my wife came home in tears. Mary likes short hair, so all she wants to do is cut every woman's hair short. That is not how you treat your customers; you listen to what they want and do your job accordingly. Mary is a joke and should have her cosmetology license pulled.
