I went to the Pearland location a few years ago to get a membership for my mother. The old lady who worked there said she couldn't take anyone in at the moment and told me to go somewhere closer to where my mother lives. She was very short with me. I told her my mother lives right around the corner. She still refused my business. There was a gentlemen watching who appeared to be in shock, but did not say a word. I went to another Curves further away and they were very courteous and accommodating. This has been bothering me all this time and I finally had to say something. Don't go to the Pearland location if you would like to be around a positive and inviting atmosphere.
