| User Review - Unsatisfied customer | Pointless
Overall, the staff was very friendly but the stylist I had did not do what I asked. I told the woman that I wanted to lighten my hair color, I showed her a picture of the color I wanted and she said no problem. When she was done and I saw the finished color, I was very upset. It was the exact same color I went in with! If I had known that she couldn't do the color I wanted I would have bought a box of color. It was a waste of time and money.
