Emily, there 2nd best hair dresser according to them does not listen to her clients and cuts your hair how she wants. She does not listen to your likes and dislikes. She cut my hair uneven and when I went back two days later, she tried to tell me it was even. She ended up cutting off at least 1 ½ inches off one section of my hair to even the top out. I washed my hair when I got home and one side of the bottom was too long and curled up. I had to make an appointment to have it fixed and when I got there, she refused to touch my hair. I was told that there is not an owner or manager on duty on Saturdays!! Very unhappy with the service I received.
