    Regis Salon Sucks
    Well lets just say it is so bad I created a facebook page called REGIS SALON SUCKS with proof of the pictures of how bad they completely destroyed my hair. I had full beautiful hair that went down to the middle of my back. All I wanted was the length long but some body like the victoria secrets models. I said I need volume and body but keep it long. I even showed her pictures of what was acceptable. Lets just say that my hair is so choppy that the side of my head looks like I have a bob and the back looks like a mullet. The shortest layer on my right side of my head is to the top of my ear and above the chin, and my left side of the head is below my chin. It gets worse so please please FACEBOOK REGIS SALON SUCKS and you can see first hand the end result....as well as my before pictures. I put a stop payment immediately on the account and tomorrow I go in for some serious TALKING AND ACTION.

    Not a good experience
    Regis called me one hour before my scheduled appointment to tell me the operator "was still out of town". They rescheduled with someone else later in the day and when I showed up, they said the new operator was running very late, and gave me to another who "hasn't shown up yet but she'll be here soon". After 30 minutes, I walked out.
