VERY DISAPPOINTING, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR NATURAL HAIR TRANSITIONERS NEEDING TLC AND ENCOURAGEMENT. I had high expectations for Ms. Murray and was greatly disappointed. Not onlly did the service take along time, but it was very expensive and I was not happy with the results. I went for a consultation and a wash and style, but I never actually received the consultation. She did not ask about my current regiment, nor what products i used. She did suggest a gel that would "keep my edges straight" while transitioning, which was kind of unnecessary considering the fact that I am TRANSITIONING therefore trying to embrace my curls. Also I went in for a 6 o'clock appointment and didn't leave the shop until after 10:30PM!
