| User Review - A K | Ruined my Valentines Day and deleted my review about it on facebook!!!
My boyfriend and I had our Valentine's Day planned today, and Pura Vida sold us gift cards for massage and facial which were scheduled for today at 4:00 pm. However, they did not put us on the books nor offered us anything for compensation. This ruined our Valentine's Day because we are law students and are unable to re-schedule. We scheduled this about 3 weeks ago but apparently not. So, we are watching TV instead of getting the massage and facial we paid for. We are getting our money back but nothing will compensated for a ruined Valentines day. I really like this spa until they did this...now I will never go back and instead of referring people, I will tell them this story. I expected Pura Vida to offer to make up for this for rescheduling us free of cost, like more other spas do. But no. They didn't do that. So, thanks Pura Vida for ruining my Valentine's Day.

everyone is very friendly, lots of neat stuff happening at this salon.. Owners all speak English.. so no one is talking in a language you can't understand.. wow finally....
