Have had a membership for OVER a year, never missed or was late for a payment. I have a very bad back and ankle. They gave me problems just to "hold" the account because of this (which they never held). I only used the service a couple of times. I tried to then cancel my account and was told if i do that i would have to pay to cancel. I paid this all year and after more than a year (and an expired contract) they kept taking payments out. when i called, they told me that i had to submit everything in writing. when I did, i was then told that "one more payment would be drafted". When I told her "no, it won't because i have spoken with my bank." the lady was hateful and ulgy and then said that it will go to collections then. You don't need a place like this. They seemed friendly at first, but their actions show that they really don't care. oh, I also at first added my mother in law, she never used it, then moved...so 6 months later I tried to take her off my account and was given problems (she was an ad
