You have to go to the Workout Doctor. Doc (John)is great! A very caring, personable and hands-on trainer. He doesn't put you on the treadmill for 30 minutes and walk away like a lot of other trainers have done in the past. The atmsophere is like home and he cares for his client's and it shows. Lost 35lbs with his expertise. Price and location are great also. You'll love it!
