The worst experience that I've ever had at a nail salon. I went in to get a powder overlay taken off and was planning on getting another set put on. She drilled and drilled on my nails until I was in tears. I finally had to tell her to stop and that I wouldn't be getting a new set. That happened yesterday, and today my nail beds are in so much pain. They are all very red and it looks as if she drilled all the way down to the meat that is supposed to be underneath my nail.
Also, after I was done soaking my nails in acetone, she sucked the used liquid back into a bottle labeled "Acetone".
I will be filing a formal complaint today.

I am very disappointed with myself for picking this place without reading the reviews first.I went here to get my eyebrows waxed and my friend got her nails filled. They messed up her nails and 1 day later my friend had a fungus on her ring finger. She had never gotten a fungus before and she had her nails done for years! As for my eyebrows? When the girl put the wax on, it felt really hot! She was doing it so quickly that she even got the wax in my hair. I asked her to take it off but she just ignored me and left the room. That afternoon I had a scar on each of my eyebrows. Finally, they are sloppy, rude, and inconsiderate. My friend and I left, we were so disappointed! DON”T GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Bad customer service! I came in for a just a nail polish job on both my fingers and toes by the next day it already came off. For the price I pay there just to get my nails done is pricey and poor service! Don't go there. I'm better off back at my old nail place.

| User Review - Nancy S | Horrible Mani and Pedi Ever!! Rude Staff and Arrogant Manager!!
WORST.. WORST.. NAIL SHOP EVER!!! DON'T EVER GO THERE!!! You will be sorry if you did!!! WAY OVER PRICED..compared to other nail shops around the area. THE ENTIRE STAFF WAS DEFINITELY RUDE! ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER HOLLY, OBNOXIOUS AND ARROGANT PERSON EVER! They keep on talking in a language I don't understand while doing my nails. Very sloppy and poor job on both my manicure and pedicure. I felt rushed. The water was cold and the hot wax was clumpy when it was put on my feet. I had french nails on both my hands and toes, within 2 days it came off!! I came in to have it fixed. Ms. Holly literally bit my head off and said it was my own fault and would not redo it. She said I had to pay more if I wanted to redo it! I already paid $75.00 for my mani and pedi. Overpriced!!! I will never ever go there again!!!!

Arrive and seated quickly which was great. Nobody came back to help. Water was freezing and after complaining 5 times someone made it warmer. Then waited 15 min until they did my pedicure in 8 minutes and manicure in 5.

Went to Nail Pro on University and they charged me double. I called to resolve this and they said they would refund my debit card and did not. I even went back and showed them my receipt and bank statements and they were very rude and refused to help me. Will never go back.
