Exceptional! Extraordinary! Glad to found her!! I found Laura online and was hesitant first if I am going to the right person due to my pervious bad experiences. I have been a client for 3 years. I work near Downtown Dallas and as busy professional woman; Laura realized I have a limited time at her salon. She is always punctual with her appointment and puts every effort to go beyond my expectations. She is flexible with scheduling and always works with you. I can even call her at the last minute and she is always trying to squeeze me in. I know why her clients at Neiman Marcus (former employer) called her “The Brow Queen”. As a professional artist, she is so so passionate about her work and always knows what to do to make my brows and lashes look the best; as a person, is easy to talk to, with her funny friendly and open demeanor. I receive many compliments on my brows and lashes wherever I go.
