I bought my wife a gift certificate here for christmas. And had nothing but problems trying to redeem it. She always tried to make appts. for her weeks out and when she finally got her appt. my wife was ten minutes late and she told her she had to make another appt. This was after marsha the owner had to cancel my wifes appt. two other times before for personal reasons. When I asked for my money back because she was just to busy to ever get my wife in she said no. So I learned an expensive lesson, dont pay for anything until you get it. By the way my wife was ten minutes late for her appt. because she forgot her purse and turned around and went home to get it so she would be able to give her a tip.
