| User Review - SHEILA S | OH !!!!!!!!! NO NOT AGAIN
I had hoped that I found a salon I could call home as I have been looking for one that I could stay with. My true test is to go home back up to my mirror in the bathroom with good lighting and check out the new hair style.Most of the time it will do just fine not always perfect but ok to work with. Then there is the times when you just want to sit down and cry and you know you can't live with this. MY 1st and last trip to Chromatic was one of thoes times.The color and cut were both badly done. I am afraid to go back to get it fixed as I don't want any more of my hair cut off unless it is going to be perfectly cut. I really don't want it any shorter but I don't have much of a choice now if I want it to look not so chopped up and uneven.As they say "This too shall pass" but for now I sure hate my hairstyle.
