Darla did Reiki, Crystal and Angel Healing at the same time. I am not sure of the differences but I can tell you it is a lot better than a massage. I started going for pain management and for years, I use to go to someone else for massage sessions once a week. But the problem with massage was a couple of hours later, my pain would be back. I saw Darla once a week for a month and even though she doesn't physically touch you, I would fall asleep while she worked on me. It was that relaxing. My back and knee pain is gone and I see her a couple of times a year for what I call my tune up :) Its really just because I feel so calm and open after a session with her. I would highly recommend her to everyone. I even referred my sister to her who lives in California and she said even though her sessions where long distant, she had the same amazing results as me.
